Distances use surface brightness fluctuations or assume H0 = 70 km/s/Mpc.
Morphologies are elliptical (E), lenticular (S0), spiral (S), and irregular (Irr). Inner photometric profiles are core (C), intermediate (I), and power-law (pl).

^a For the Milky Way’s bulge velocity dispersion, we adopt the value of Tremaine et al. (2002).
